Custom Grill Deposit
Design your very own custom grill with Sona Golds. Your purchase of this product confirms your right to a personal consultation to design your custom grill. The payment will be used as a credit towards your final custom grill. Custom grill prices start at a minimum of $2,000 and vary depending on your requirements.
Production of your custom grill will start after your full payment is received.
If you decide not to make your custom grill during or after the consultation phase, your deposit is final and non-refundable. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Sona Golds does not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason. We offer exchanges on select items within 14 days after receiving your item. In the event you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item for an item of equal or greater value within the same product category. (E.g. Jewelry for jewelry, watches for watches)
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
